"We know that it can often feel like there’s a lack of resources available to support schools in areas like mental well-being. We also know that a lot of the work that needs to be done starts at home. The guide offers easily implemented guidance to help children with childhood anxiety. It provides a straightforward structure to approach when explaining what anxiety is to children, how to recognize positive and negative feelings, how to handle these emotions." https://tutorful.co.uk
